The basis rates for the mountain cottage and the apartment “Castelvecchio” apply for 2 people per night and for a minimal stay of four nights, for the apartments “Sciliar” and “Santner” for four person per night and for a minimal stay of four nights.
Apartments on our farm: The price includes sheets, blankets as well as towels and the final cleaning.
Mountain cottage: The price includes the final cleaning, but not sheets, blankets and towels.

Cancellations are as inconvenient for us, as they are for you. Therefore we would like to direct your attention to our cancellation policy:
Cancellation and early termination conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
In case of early departure or withdrawal from your vacation (in which case we kindly request a written cancellation statement) the following cancellation fees apply:
• up to 61 days prior to arrival date: no charge
• from 60 to 28 days prior to arrival date: 50 % of the quoted rate
• less than 28 days prior to the arrival date or failure to arrive: 80 % of the quoted rate
Early departure:
In the case of early departure, the guest is requested to pay the full rates for the days spent at the farm and 80 % of the quoted rate for the initially booked remainder of the stay, including unused services.
